The order form at /order collects your name, email address, phone number and your order, plus a delivery address if you choose delivery. We send that to Square, which creates your invoice and processes the payment. We never see your card details.
While you fill out the form, a draft is kept in your browser until you submit or discard it. It never leaves your device.
If you contact us using one of the email or phone links on the site, we receive whatever you choose to send us.

Our server software may store basic technical information, such as your IP address, in temporary memory or logs.
